Thank you for using our service [“Service”]. The Service is provided by BRIGHT PRODUCTION HOUSE LTD. 

By using our Service you are agreeing to these terms. Please read these terms before purchasing any Reel Boost service.

 

ReelBoost only operates in areas of Hampshire and Surrey, United Kingdom. Any additional or travel fees are to be at the clients personal expense. 

 

 

SERVICE PROVIDED

ReelBoost is a service providing Talent with professional showreel and photography content in the form of SIX different packages. 

 

 

ORGANISATION

All organisation (including but not limited to) scriptwriting/script development, acquiring location, costume, scene partners, props, is the Talent’s responsibility. We, at times, may be able to provide aid with some of these elements, but is offered at our discretion only and remain the sole responsibility of the Talent. 

We are not liable for any disrupted or unmade plans which results in unsatisfied or unfinished product or no product at all.

We accept no refunds for unsatisfied final product.

 

 

BOOKINGS

All bookings must be made via the ReelBoost website (www.reelboost.co.uk). Any bookings attempted elsewhere (including but not limited to) ReelBoost’s Facebook or YouTube page, will be directed to our website to place booking. 

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations must be made 14 days in advance by emailing hello@reelboost.co.uk with the subject “CANCELLATION”.

Cancellation made outside this time-frame may be able to be processed, at our discretion only.

 

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

No returns: you may not return or receive a refund on any final products.

 

 

PAYMENT

All payments made to the service will be charged in GBP(£). Payments must be made online via direct debit. We are are unable to accept cash or cheque or any alternative payments.

 

 

OWNERSHIP of INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property and related material that is developed or produced as part of the ReelBoost service, will be the property of ReelBoost & Bright Production House LTD. The Talent is granted a non-exclusive limited-use license of this Intellectual Property.
